NRT’s last official event took place in May 2011, the co-curators/organisers of the network/projects discussed various ways in which the network could continue as it had proved to be a great success.

However PhD and life commitments took over – two of the founders, have graduated gaining their doctorate and the other two are in their final year, heading towards the finishing line.

Our aim is to make this site more accessible and to archive the project as a case study, so watch this space!

We had an exciting discussion with Alison Lloyd ‘The Contemporary Art of Walking’ today and have set a date for a ‘collective walk’ in the Peak district.
We are limited to 18 -20 people and places will be allocated on a 1st come/1st served basis with a reserve list if necessary.

Alison Lloyd has approached us and offered to take NRT to the ‘hills’ as part of her own research entitled ‘The Contemporary Art of Walking.

In an effort to go “Beyond Text” we also had a DVD evaluation made.  This includes video and audio clips from December 15th, plus photographs.  Please email us if you would like a copy.

As you all know our AHRC funding has come to an end and we have been bust evaluating what has happened and talking about what shape it may have in the future and how it could continue.  6 of us met up yesterday to  review it and here is what happened!

New Research Trajectories EvaluationWe will be holding a small meeting at Nottingham Contemporary in the meeting room from 11-1 this Thursday. The idea is to review what we’ve done so far and think about how the initiative could be continued.
